All of our housekeeping cottages feature not only a heavy-duty electric stove with oven, but also barbecue, full-size microwave oven, and automatic dishwashers. Each well-appointed cottage is meticulously maintained, with attention paid to every detail. In addition to colour TV, DVD and an AM-FM radio, all cottages feature an open verandah that overlooks the lake, a picknick table, modern four-piece bathroom, and two full-size double beds in each of the two bedrooms. Our water is not drawn from the lake, but is pumped crystal clear from a 300-foot well drilled into the solid granite of the Canadian Shield. 

Our 63.71-acre private property includes 987 feet of shoreline and 300 feet of clean shallow, sandy beach with children's playgrounds and bonfire area. In short, we offer everything to make you comfortable - and then some. Wait until you see our magnificent sunsets and you'll know what we mean. 

We still haven't gotten around to telling you about the wide range of exciting activities you can enjoy at Tama Kwa. The photos show you some of our great fishing, hiking, mountain biking and birdwatching opportunities. There is swimming, boating, pedal boating, horseshoes, rock hounding. Even mushroom picking is a popular activity.
